30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love your Made By You kit. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or refund.
Eligible returns
- Items must be unused, with the yarn still wound and the tools in their original condition.
- Items must be in their original Made By You box.
- A proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your kit arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery at madebyyou.us@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or the missing item, or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Non-returnable items
Kits that have been used (yarn unwound or crocheted) cannot be returned, unless they were defective.
